BRAG x LCA Interior Design Competition 2024

On May 6th 2024, the London College of Arts organized BRAG x LCA Interior Design Contest 2024 at Capital Education Dubai for the professional and advanced diploma students.

The competition was conducted in Hospitality and Healthcare Design which challenged students to create designs based on their chosen category. The participants had to provide presentation sheets, conceptual models, and material boards for their projects.

The primary objective of the competition was to encourage and motivate students to explore their limitless possibilities and talents in designing spaces.

The judges evaluated the submissions based on criteria such as innovative ideas, functionality, sustainability, and environmental considerations in design, as well as the design concept and overall presentation of the project. Judges were impressed by the students’ work and asked questions and provided feedback on each design.

We were honored to haveMs. Deman Sabah, Ms. Sharon O’Keeffe, and Ms. Safa Tanveen as our esteemed panel of judges. After seeing the presentation and designs of all participants they awarded the Best Interior Designer to Celine Roux, Award for the Interior Innovator to Hiba Merchant, and the Award for Creative Concept to Patrycja Rodrigues. The competition was both thrilling and informative, and we are delighted with the outstanding performance of our students during the event.
